Thank you for making our stay so memorable for our first wedding anniversary and the first time we have visited the Wine Country here in Sonoma County.  We will be back for sure

We have stayed at dozens of Vacation Rental Properties all over the world.  We have high expectations, and from the first contact with Heritage Properties, we were well taken care of.  The property allowed us to bring out pet and even left a little treat for her – We were all spoiled.

I really liked the idea of what Heritage Properties was offering in the way of “above and beyond” service, but we had no idea.  We were thankful for quick access, and how clean everything was.  I don’t like a lot of smells and I let them know that, so Mike our Service Representative made sure everything was super clean without all of the smells that can overwhelm a home.  We believe it’s about the little things, and Heritage Properties delivered.

From the first step into the house – we were in love. The smells were bright and fresh. The home immaculately clean. We were so impressed with the concierge service. We had our coffee and cream, my husband’s bourbon and free tastings to two of our favorite wineries. There is a difference between a Superhost, and a property that brings so much more service and offerings to make our stay beyond amazing. Thank you again, and we will be back – often!
