First and foremost – we are local. We service local properties in Northern California Wine Country and know the area very well to best support the demand of our guest to maximize the return for our property owners. Step one – get in touch with one of our Wine County Vacation Home Consultants. They will walk through our services – how we will want to partner with you, and the cost of our services. If you choose to move forward, we will have you review and sign our management agreement. We will also desire to visit the property to confirm: local compliancy, overview of cleaning, do a consultative inspection and place your home’s listing on our website.Our goal is to get your vacation home up and running immediately.
When your vacation home is ready to be booked by guests, Heritage will take it from there handling all of the listed items to best maximize your return on your home rental:
- Managing your listings on all major booking platforms
- Providing eye-catching photography, 360-degree tours, aerials, video and detailed de descriptions of your home and the offered amenities
- Manage pricing for maximum revenue
- Offering 24/7 on-the-ground guest assistance
- Professional housekeeping services
Our goal is simple – quality guest services and support making sure their rental experience is exemplary, in turn generating high end reviews – return business – making sure we fill as many available rentals days as possible to maximize your rental’s revenue potential.
First and foremost – we are local. Our service team brings 20 plus years in real estate sales and service as well as property management.
Heritage Properties does not place any restrictions on how often you can visit or how long you can stay. We simply block out your travel dates and reserve them in your online owner account. At the end of the day it is your home. J
We ask for a minimum 3 month commitment. Our goal is to keep the relationships with our property home owners, but for whatever reason if you need to exit our services, we simply ask for a 90 notice and fulfill any existing reserved days that guests may have booked.
No hidden fees – our goal is to provide a comprehensive cost break down for your property based upon factors that will impact pricing – location, size of properties, and amenities. The pricing is all inclusive and you don’t pay until your home is booked.
Maintaining a full service rental as a home owner can be daunting. A desire to save money to maximize your profit is desired, but not at the risk of not being able to keep up with the responsibilities can negatively impact booking frequency and overall guest experiences We handle everything, so you don’t have to: repair services, pool/spa cleaning, home cleaning, bookings, cancellations, refunds, and the promotion of your listing. We also offer for an additional fee, services such as our concierge offerings and landscaping services. One point of contact to maximize the success of your listing.
Currently Heritage Properties is dedicated to the Wine Country Area of Sonoma and Napa Counties. We are aggressively expanding throughout the state and then the Western Region.
Our full turnkey service is focused on high level hospitality and our marketing services to reach interested guests to book your listing. More so, we want their experience to memorable, so they book again –that’s key.

We have relationships with Airbnb, VRBO, and Bookings.com to promote your listing to a wide breadth of potential guests. We also promote our own website: WineCountryVacationRentals.com through search engines, email, social media, and more.
Front door access, front camera monitoring, thermostats, lighting. We setup an Alexa for the property that can control lights, electronics, and more.
You will have 24/7 remote access to your account to view all information regarding your home rental. We offer online access or download our app to have remote access on the go.
Book your own vacation time, review upcoming reservations, check your real-time revenue performance, and more.
Local trending is key – we review factors such as weather, local events, and historical trending data to focus on filling your booking calendar and capture the most revenue.
We also invest in data analytics and revenue management to maximize your return.
Communication – we ask a lot of questions to make sure the rental experience is customized for all guest. Clean – Sanitized – Fully functional is key for each of our homes. With the Heritage Concierge Service Package™ – each experience can catered to each guest.
This is the decision of You – the Home Owner. We do highly encourage saying YES to pets as it can substantially increase your bookings and when you weigh the cost to maintain a home that allows pets versus potential of lost booking options because you don’t allow pets – it leans in favor of having pets to best leverage your return: higher revenues, repeat guests, and more off-season bookings. Heritage Properties offer professional cleaning services. They prides themselves in thorough cleanings after guests have brought pets. Extra effort goes into ensuring pet smells, hair, dander, messes or damage is resolved immediately in time for the next set of guests arriving.
We have an extensive cleaning regiment and all cleaning technicians use our Cleaning Inspection Checklist Mobile Application to confirm all custom cleaning details are fulfilled for each of our vacation homes. Heritage Properties is proudly certified through: the ARCSI (Association of Residential Cleaning Services International) a division of ISSA (the International Sanitary Supply Association). Our cleaning crews hold ARCSI Home Cleaning Technician Certifications as well.
Since 2004, Heritage Realty has provided real estate services in Buyer and Seller Sales, Property Management, Investment Services, Estates and Vineyard Properties. We are also licensed in financing able to provide our investors a full turnkey solution of location – buying – financing and preparing the home for renting – and then full management.

Our Heritage Concierge Service Package is a customized “menu of needs” that guest(s) defines they would like upon their arrival to our properties. Call them custom amenities and they include these items and so many more:
Beverages: coffee – wine – tea – beer- spirits – water – We have wonderful local options or whatever your favorite may be
