Do it right the first time with 100% intention to service the guest. When the guests are happy, the return business is increased producing greater revenues for our home owners.

Results are a must.  Growth is only an option if the quality of service is maintained.  Quality over Quantity.  We can’t do it alone – Our partners are the backbone of what we do.  We deliver service on 3 levels.

1. Cleaning. We have partnered with SqueakyKlean Cleaning Services that specialized in short term rental. Clean – Refreshed – Sanitized.  They are dedicated to making sure each home is well prepared for each new guest.
2. Maintenance. Everything works and works well. We have a staff of professionals that can fix, replace, updated and maintain with the best in the business.
3. Concierge – Our top level overlay of service. We send out a prior checklist to each guest asking for anything they may need above and beyond during their stay.

If you want it – we will have it there for you.  Anything from: Local coffee, spirits, beer, wine, to groceries – bread – milk – butter.  We also have access to limo/driving services for airport transportation, wine tasting, or just to get around.  Some of the benefits we offer our guests – free wine tastings at many of our partner’s wineries, available tickets to local events, restaurant recommendations, and discount services for many local companies.

Heritage Properties has been in Sonoma Wine Country since 2002.  In the past 20 years our dedication to our clients – partners and friends has been at forefront of our business.  We are thankful for being able to serve throughout this beautiful community of Sonoma County California.
